NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Rio de Janeiro, April 27th, 2010 - CR2 Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. (Bovespa: CRDE3; OTC: CREIY) hereby informs the stock market that, in accordance with the deliberations of the Board of Directors Meeting, held on April 19th, 2010, Mr. Luiz Carlos Garcia de Souza was elected director of the Company.
Mr. Souza graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from PUC University, Rio de Janeiro, in 1988, and in 1992 he attained an Executive MBA in Finances, from IBMEC University, Rio de Janeiro. Between 1989 and 2003, Mr. Souza worked at the BBM S/A Bank, and became a partner of the institution, having been responsible for the area of BackOffice of Credit, Registration, Treasury and the BackOffice of Asset Management. From 2004 to 2009, he worked at the Pactual S/A Bank, – previously the UBS Pactual S/A Bank – where he was responsible for setup of the credit control and structured products areas. In 2009, he was admitted to the position of Financial Products Manager at the Company, and was responsible for the areas of BackOffice and Treasury.
